I am a roofer and have just done a repair on an Empire Home roof. All the roofs in the Rolling Meadows (Thorold) have cheap 3 tab shingles and I observed several homes with shingle tabs missing. These homes are only abour 3 years old. I did a repair (torn shingles and missing tabs)as the homeowner had a leak and could not get service from Empire.
