BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR SOME REPAIRES FOR MY FATHERS VEHICLE. HE WAS AWAY ON BUSINESS AND WAS NOT ALLOWED TO DRIVE HIS TRUCK BUT I DID ANY WAYS. MY LUCK A LADY SLAMMED IN TO ME. BROUGHT IT IN, AND THE GUY IN THE FRONT OFFICE HELPED ME WITH THE CLAIM AND GOT THE TRUCK FIXED BEFORE MY DAD CAME BACK. WAS SO NERVIOS THAT HE WOULD NOTICE BUT SAID NOTHING THANKS EMPIRE YOU SAVED ME.
I had a wonderful experience here at empire collision. Marco was wonderful at putting me at ease. Especially after being in an accident that wasn't your fault and dealing with insurance companies. He really stepped up and helped me deal with the insurance company. After all repairs were complete. My car looked great. Like new. I'd definitely refer anyone from there. With the quality of work and the friendly staff. The only thing is. The shop is hard to spot from the street. So it's kinda a hidden gem.
This shop does excellent repairs, detailing, and body work. The paint job on my 2004 Prius was done perfectly. Marco cleaned, vacuumed, and shined the car inside and out. I referred a friend.

Just got my car back from this shop that my friend told me about and it looks pretty darn good. what sold me was they went out of ther way to detail my car. That was just a thank you for the buisness. Empire is a cool shop.
I absolutely love this body shop! They are amazing and they do nothing but amazing work! They take care of you and your car and they never turn you down and never turn you away. They truly keep you informed and are the most amazing group of people to work with. From the workers working on the car to the people in the office to the wreckers they are all amazing. I love empire collision and would never go anywhere else to fix my car. Thank you empire for everything!
