Quality of clean did not meet expectations. We were asked to leave a 5 star review in exchange for discounted clean. The way Brooke ran her business was not professional. We were contacted via text at times like 1am to confirm cleaning for following day. We were charged a cancellation fee even thou her website stated there wasn’t a cancellation fee.
Brooke did a wonderful job in our apartment and was very professional! Every surface seems to shine and sparkle now and have been given colour I didn't know existed. I look forward to having her clean on a regular basis.
