Very nice new location for Service.... Not too far from their Dealership. It's quite huge. It's great to see that many of their original employees are still there. They have always been very friendly and quite accommodating.
The service here are is worst I have ever come across in the 20 years that I have owned and leased Jeeps (and I’ve been to Browns and port Jeff who are horrendous). You would think a customer with a brand new 2026 Jeep with 1.5k miles on it, would be taken care of since the problem was clearly manufacturer defect of the engine and spark plugs. Joe Deguire is the worst service advisor I have ever come across in the 20 years that I have owned and leased Jeeps (and I’ve been to Browns and port Jeff who are horrendous) but this guy really takes the cake.
