Easy-going environment. Robert Sebor provided me with an Uber cab while they took care of my car. It is a lovely place to be; it makes you want to come back.
Great experience as always. Jim took excellent care of me, got my car in and out quickly. Facilities are great great place for a shore wait to get the oil changed.
Joe Deguire provided me with excellent service/customer care and I truly feel is the best service tech/advisor at this establishment. He was the only one able to really figure out what was really wrong with my vehicle and took the time and patience unlike the previous service tech that misdiagnosed what was wrong with my vehicle. Joe Deguire was my service advisor. He is an extremely friendly knowledgeable individual. I went in for a scheduled recall, he helped me right away. Kept me informed about the status of my vehicle, and when the work was completed. He is always very thorough, kind and helpful. Each time I visit, i am always greeted with a smile, the services I need performed are and correctly. It is truly appreciated to know I have a great service advisor and team at the Empire of West Islip
