Pleasantly Surprised. This was my first time using the Chem-Dry system and I must admit I was a little skeptical, but they really did a wonderful job and I’m so happy I gave them a chance. Thank you to the gentlemen from Empire Chem Dry for being honest, polite and showing that some people still take pride in their work.
I am very impressed. I called up on my way home from work and they came out the very next day and really just did a great job. I’ve learned that you really get what you pay for when it comes to carpet cleaning and these guys were worth every penny. Empire Chem-Dry is definitely my company from now on. Thanks guys!
