I went through 2 times because there was still bugs all over my front bumper and mirrors. There was a lot of dirt still on the front and back of the vehicle. The brushes or something were old or greasy because my rims were covered in black stuff. I purchased the most expensive wash which is 20 bucks and and got that both times. They hardly do any scrubbing before going in the wash. When I brought it up again to go a 3rd time I was told that my car is most likely to dirty. So I said OK and left. The detail job on our Durango was second to none. Chris and Eli did absolutely incredible work on our rig, which has been through the wringer living off a dirt road in farmland and having pugs. It used to be great, but now it's almost as bad as Surf Thru. The back of my car NEVER gets cleaned, and they even use the hand brush on it.
