I was really shocked to go write a review and see all the negatives. After living in our home for over 10 years, we decided to just see how much carpeting three rooms and closets would cost and plan on budgeting it for the New Year. We were so surprised to see that it was affordable and we got a discount for it being the Holiday Season. Guess they have more business then they need. Zero follow up, zero direction after initial in home visit & quote. No initiative for my business..So they will get zero of my business.
Sales rep George Svadeba was a retired carpet installer that’s “been doing this sort of thing since the 70’s.” He slung his carpet samples on my $1,600 dining room table, left a 6 inch scratch and a few nicks, and then quoted me on his “most economic” carpet which was twice as expensive as two local JAX companies....smooth
We had a appointment with one of your sales people last Sunday. Your sales person did show up on time but he only had two cheap carpet samples with him. We informed your company on your questioner that we are looking for carpet, but with the excuse that there is a miscommunication between your office and him. He said the information he had is that we wanted laminate. He did apologies and did ask if he could come back the next day, which we did agree between 5 PM and 7PM.
