If i could give this company negative stars I would. First off they canceled 2 twice on me for my consultation. First red flad, Then after I booked the appointment, the day of installtion they canceled. I rescheuduled. they put it in and made me finish the payment before the work was done and I recieved no paperwork. A week and a half after they installed the carpet a seam on the carpet ripped. The warranty for the carpet is supposed to be for 10 years. When I called the business , I was then informed that I had to produce receipts for having my carpet cleaning. I was never made aware that I had to keep receipts in order for the warranty to be in effect. Is this the way for the carpet manufacturer to not follow thru with the warranty I would not recommend this company to anyone.i was not informed when I purchase the carpet.
