Today I had a wonderful experience with Empire's floor consultant, Lee Wilson, working out of the Charlotte, NC, office. After helping to retrieve an escaped dog, keeping him out of the road, she was able to address all of pros and cons of various flooring suitable for wheelchair mobility. Thank you, Lee.
We had an excellent experience with Randy when looking to carpet our stairs. Randy helped us choose the best carpet for this high-traffic area. By the time the carpet came in he had us scheduled for installation. His installers were excellent! They were prompt and professional and did a great job! We would definitely look to Randy and his team next time we need flooring! Thank you!
My wife and I went and spoke with Tim about some new carpet in our home. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us a good recommendation. The estimate was done quick, and the installation soon after. They installed new carpet in 4 bedrroms, and did a great job. Tim and his crew were professional and easy to work with. We will have them back shortly to do the stair runner as well.
It was a pleasant experience working with Randy and the installation team for my new carpet. Randy made the experience so easy and not stressful at all! Jose and his son were excellent installers and the clean up and rearrangement of my furniture was perfect. I will recommend Empire Carpet One to my friends and family.
