This company is awful. I have already complained to the Better Business Bureau about them. We had the carpet installed 2 years about and it has deteriorated to the point of full replacement. If you have empire install your carpet and you are under warranty, aren’t you covered? Oh, good luck calling their wonderful ‘customer service representatives’ that record your calls for ‘quality assurance.’ What is the point of recording the calls if you are going to promise the world, and give nothing. The worst experience ever. We picked a floor {took two appointments}. Then we made and confirmed a date of instillation. we got a call morning of instillation telling us the installers are nearby and they will arrive in an hour or two. after two hours I called the salesperson to ask about the timing she said "if they called you and said they were coming, then they are coming" After a couple of hours more i started calling all the EMPIRE numbers I had. about 3pm after many calls the salesperson said they not coming soon after... read more
