I am absolutely appalled by the way this company has handled my incident. One of their company vehicles backed into my brother car, caused significant damage, and then fled the scene without taking responsibility. What followed has been nothing short of infuriating.For over a month, I was given the runaround—no updates, no accountability, and repeated delays.
