Most of the work done was unsupervised and poorly executed. I have windows that won't close, doors that are hung out of balance, trim work that has HUGE gaps. 2 other neighbors used Empire and had to fire them as well due to poor workmanship and debris left in walls by disgruntled employees. Workers complained to me about delays in pay. Finally moved on and found a competent contractor... avoid empire at all costs
