Lydia Gutierrez had helped each time I have come for service. She is very helpfil in determining what the problem is when I try to explain what I'm worried about. She speaks to Service for me and lets me know what is happening to my car. She is thorough, dependable, courteous, unflappable, sympathetic and smart. If she says it will take 2 hours, she's right on the button. She is your treasure.
Unfortunately I'm back with another edit. One week after picking up our vehicle, the roof was still leaking as bad as ever. The tire was also still leaking, and it turns out GMC never removed the nail they found on our first visit. I took it to a 3rd party and they were able to fix it within 10 minutes. Currently still waiting on GMC to return my call regarding scheduling yet another appointment for this leaking roof.
