A while back, I visited Empire for a Brazilian wax, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The entire appointment felt rushed - I was done in less than 15 minutes. The esthetician didn’t take the time to pluck stray hairs or ensure all the hair was removed. To make matters worse, the hair started growing back just a couple of days later.
