NO stars. Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield has delayed approval for a short term rehabilitation center for my mother for over two weeks. Essentially BCBS is holding my mother hostage in a hospital by refusing to expedite her claims. Non seems to care and no one seems able or willing to help. There has been no thought given to the undue stress this has caused my mother as she sits in limbo at a hospital. SHAME ON YOU BCBS
I will give a 1 star, I will update when I get a response to my claims. I was denied detox after 20 years on benzos and opiates after a broken neck sustained at Patton State Hospital for the criminally insane. They denied me detox, then denied rehab I almost died twice. I was kidnapped held for ransom 100 norcos! Believe it or not. My purse was stolen my insurance was charged and they paid even when I told them the situation. How dare yal risk my life, I am an Opiate Victim!!!
