No option to speak with someone to get a quote. If you don't select "member" , "provider" or "facility" the system hangs up on you. Extremely poor customer service...and now you won't get a new customer.
I notified anthem customer chat of fraudulent/phishing claims I was alerted on that were filed from a “healthcare provider” resulting from a Facebook/Instagram click ad I had been targeted in. The rep reviewed my inquiry and opted to reach out to the provider to see if they will voluntarily send back the money they were paid for against the claim they filed. They take your premiums and when the time comes when you make a claim, they put you through the whole nine yards. They are slow with paying your doctor and hospital...which leads you to fall into collections. The BCBS phone system is design to frustrate you even further. This is a junkyard of an insurance company. All I have is regrets. I would never recommend this insurance to anyone.
