Horrible insurance coverage
Never a straight answer.
Worst company ever! We have been insuranced by this company since November 20th 2018, it’s now January 12, 2019 and we have yet to recieve our cards in the mail. I’ve called several times and even have a women’s email who works for the company that I have emailed several times with no luck in getting our cards. Thank god I was able to sign in online and view my cards so we can be seen by a doctor. Please for the love of god send us our cards!!!
