They take your premiums and when the time comes when you make a claim, they put you through the whole nine yards. They are slow with paying your doctor and hospital...which leads you to fall into collections. The BCBS phone system is design to frustrate you even further. This is a junkyard of an insurance company. All I have is regrets. I would never recommend this insurance to anyone.
