I would like to personally thank all of my teachers at Empire for actually teaching me, 1 week at Hair Cuttery and I and foiling citing mixing color in situations where the color I need isn't there, and the developer isn't the right one, mixing colors to get the right one and mixing developer until I get the right one isn't as hard as it could have been if I didn't have them. I've even had to use Neck strips for hair wraps lol, not one moment of panic. Class of 2013 Empire.
