Absolutely disgusting workmanship They bodged up a fuel tank connection on our boat. Which ended up flooding the hull with 100litres of fuel with my whole family asleep on board. We a are lucky to be alive. Then tried to charge me to repair it. Scum

Absolutely terrible service. Took my engine apart, tried to sell me a repower when another mechanic is now fixing for 1/4 the cost. Asked them to put the motor back was told they would. Ended up waiting 3 weeks for them to supposedly do that, eventually when picking up it had NOT been put back together as promised and I had to ask 3 times for my head, bolts, tapping cover etc. They had taken the leg off and left it in the sand. I run Seatech Marine the Gold Coast's largest Marine Mechanical Company. We purchased a re-manufactured engine through one of Empire Bay Marina's distributors which was clearly re-manufactured by an incompetent mechanic. The engine was removed on 2 separate occasions to fix issues that should never happen in a re-manufactured engine. Cut a long story short, Empire Bay Marina chose to walk away from any warranty and leave the customer holding a dud engine and a bill of $18,000. All Care and no responsibilty.
