I've been going to Empire since they opened and I have been seeing Hector for years, prior to that. He's one of the best barbers Chico has. He is always extremely professional, keeps the shop clean, and works in a timely fashion. The online booking makes is so easy to get on his schedule. I'll probably never to to anyone else.

Hector is REALLY good. He takes his time and makes sure your hair looks good. I will definitely be coming back and getting my haircut by him.
