Khalil will get you right
I've been going to Empire since they opened and I have been seeing Hector for years, prior to that. He's one of the best barbers Chico has. He is always extremely professional, keeps the shop clean, and works in a timely fashion. The online booking makes is so easy to get on his schedule. I'll probably never to to anyone else.
