Edit* cheeky 2nd 2025 update... Finally heard from someone, I guess some sort of tech issue meant I got the appt confirmation as well as reminders, but they didn't see it. It happens. I do wish they'd told me when I came in that my appt wasn't on the books rather than let me sit there for almost an hour haha Feels like something changed. Made a 1pm appt, showed up early and proceeded to be passed over by I guess walk ins or something for 45 mins. Never talked to once aside from being sent to sit in the back.
