My second time coming to Empire Hercules barbershop. Once you enter, you will see certificates on the wall for “Best from the east bay” from 2018-2024 (except the year of 2022 if I am not mistaking). I even complemented the rewards after I decided to believe them the rewards were not fake (I was joking w them when I asked them btw). Okay!
