Good customer service
I waited 3 hours for a cut after I signed in and they let others cut ahead of me. I explained that I had been growing out my hair and just wanted the bottom tapered and top left long but trimmed even. He said he was going to give me a middle part and layers scissor cut and I was like whatever okay. But he chopped a lot off the top, leaving it too short and choppy for any kind of part, gave a pretty uneven choppy side cut and left a mullet in the back.
