I’m a small business owner who never leaves less than 5 stars, but these guys have completely fallen off a cliff. I used them exclusively for my first bakery back in 2019 and the experience was genuinely great. Fast-forward to my second location that opened in December 2025 — what a disaster. Everyone is very accommodating and professional when they’re trying to sell you something (we spent a couple of days there trying equipment). Forget about their professionalism once you actually purchase something though. Their customer service is non existent!
