New (management) bagel outlet in Dobbs Ferry. Bagels are fresh and well made, but I’ve gotten multiple order errors in the first two visits. I can see why some quick order restaurants have adopted screen based ordering. Here at busy times there is an order taker who records customer orders on paper. Once complete the paper is transferred to another employee at the till who rings up the purchase. I ordered a coffee with milk and sugar but got black today. Amazing! Staff is soo friendly and make sure you are getting why you need or want. The bagels, coffee and more are so delicious, Definitely recommend going to try! .
Empire Bagels is one of the best spots for a good bite to eat in Dobbs Ferry- everyone is really welcoming and friendly, and I recommend everything from the sandwiches and fresh juices to pancakes.
Inconsistent, can never get an order correct, just had my final meal from empire will not be back. Food was so inedible I got sick spit it out and then realized bread was moldy
