Didn’t fix the issue of the car
Fixed safety problem where my last mechanic couldn't; -and no charge!
Sarge was really helpful when we brought our 2003 commuter van in for a service in October of last year. Since the service the van gets an extra 100km per tank and we have done 20k KM to WA and back with zero issues. In a world of dodgy mechanics, Sarge and the team are a rare exception. Highly recommend.
My partner went to here before. Without informing him of the cost or the parts that needed replacing, they took it upon themselves to replace parts without his consent. When he went to pick up our car, they charged him an outrageous repair fee and told him that none of their other customers ever ask about prices. At other repair shops, they’ve always called me first to ask for approval before replacing parts and would provide clear cost details. I’m so disappointed.
