My partner went to here before. Without informing him of the cost or the parts that needed replacing, they took it upon themselves to replace parts without his consent. When he went to pick up our car, they charged him an outrageous repair fee and told him that none of their other customers ever ask about prices. At other repair shops, they’ve always called me first to ask for approval before replacing parts and would provide clear cost details. I’m so disappointed.

I brought my car in to have the safety certificate and I want to highlight the quality of the service. The team was very responsive to my request, really friendly, and at the same time very professional. I recommend this garage 100% — without a doubt the best of Cairns

This has been the best mechanic to deal with by a mile. My partner and I are very satisfied customers. Previous mechanics in the past have never told me about all the red flags with my car. Empire automotive were able to identify all the issues with my car and fix them at a great price. Thank you, will be recommending to everyone

Couldn’t be happier with the professionalism, efficiency and pricing of Serge and his team. They work in a fast paced environment and that’s noticeable from a customers perspective but they juggle everything so well!
