Started with person answering phone was super helpful, price was competitive and service was top notch. Truck runs better then ever now. I will definitely be using them in future and recommending them to anyone I know.

This is a great shop! Fair Prices and Quality work that they stand behind. Marc Sheppard has been phenomenal with my 6.7 Powerstroke that I recently inherited from my late Dad. Empire Automotive will be the only ones that touch it in the future.

Do I pay a bit more here? Sure. Did they fix my problems? Absolutely. They don't just overlook any other pressing issues, they go front to back and see what else needs immediate repair and they go for the additional sale. It's what a good shop does and I'm glad they take the time to do so. David went above and beyond on a difficult remove and replace job and hey David I thank you. I tell everyone who asks to go to Empire. Mike / Temple

These guys go above and beyond their duties and I am forever grateful for them. My Mom Works for the VA in Temple and her car battery died in the parking lot. They drove down the VA diagnosed the battery fault and helped us get it to the shop and replaced the battery all under 45 mins in the scorching hot hours of 4PM with rush hour traffic. Thank you. I’ll be visiting again.
