I had a very frustrating experience at Empire Body Shop. I dealt with someone named Prince, and communication was poor throughout. The paint job was not done properly. They are also very expensive!! There were visible clumps of paint and uneven areas. It was clear the work wasn’t done with care. I ended up having to take my car to another shop and pay a lot more just to fix their mistakes. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the stress and stay away. Trust me!
