Horrible horrible horrible Said van be done wed/Thurs. Then nope Friday. Then nope come sat get all way to London they called said sorry won't be ready till Monday 1pm get down here STILL not done told them they need to stop detailing (apparently that takes 7hrs lol) I have 30mins till kids done school and it's a 40min drive back! Grrrr
