My experience with Empire Auto has been absolutely unacceptable from start to finish. This dealership engaged in what I would clearly call unethical and misleading practices. They added products like GAP coverage and the Replacement Warranty into my bill of sale with incomplete, unclear, and inaccurate explanations, which directly led to misinformation, financial confusion, and unnecessary stress during my insurance process. Bought a red 2017 Chevy Cruze with 130k 3 years ago. $35k for it, I didn’t know anything about cars at the time as I was in need of one ASAP. Today, I can’t get over 2500$for a trade in value with 160k kms’s anywhere in London, this car is simply not worth 35k or even$10k. I really regret going to empire auto, you can not be vulnerable or uneducated, they will take advantage of you! Please stay away, every dealership I went to said they scammed me . Don’t be me .
