deliveries have gone downhill. no phone call when a its going to be late. have to call to be told they its coming the day after it was promised. then when you call they tell you its damaged. sale person isn't helpful and fails to correct any issues.
Out of all the A/M vendors in the area they are by far the most reliable one. Driver always has a smile on his face when he pulls up to the shop to drop off parts and returns get picked up within a day or two.
I see why yall only have 3.9 stars!!! Whomever your driver is on today’s date, driving through Rowan County at 5:15PM…needs to actually look at the road instead of in the mirror, plucking his teeth!!! Roads are slick and dangerous enough, without this driver adding to road chaos😒
