We found a great deal on a vehicle from Empire, and Ruben was quick to set up a test drive. When we felt something a little off, knew what it was, but still wanted the car, Ruben had the car completely fixed and even filled the tank up for us by the very next day. Ruben and his wife are good, honest people that know that they’re doing! We’re very happy with our new (to us) RAV4, and we will back for our next vehicles.

He showed me the car and told me everything he knew about it. Carfax the condition matched exactly what he said and he gave me fair deal. I paid cash and I am pretty sure I was out of there in less than an hour. It was the best car buying experience I have had. Very friendly, easy to talk to.
