I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 4:30pm. I first noticed that they do not respond quickly nor answer their calls. I then received a message AFTER I sent them a SECOND message and was told that one of his installers called off and had to reschedule the next day which I did not mind. Wednesday 4:30pm came around, NO SHOW. I sent them a message through IG which is how we communicated but no response.
