Favian is very helpful with everything. All the crew knows what they are doing. We are going in Empire Auto several years. All my family members are going there to fix their cars from oil change to parts changing. Very satisfied. Starting with their hour fees and time finishing the work. I recently purchased a 2005 Mercedes Benz & needed the brakes done. My 1st time going to Empire Auto(just moved to LaGrange Highlands IL.)the business is next to me. Fabian & all the mechanics there treated me kindly & respectfully. Showed me everything that needed to be done. Talked about process & price. They did the job well & the price was right.
