I’m a first-time patient. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the farm building was beautiful. I went for an audiology appointment at 1:00 p.m. Upon entering the front desk, I provided them with copies of my insurance and driver’s license. I then filled out the application forms and patiently waited for a while. The doctor even learned a few signs of the alphabet to better communicate with me. My initial visit I was pleasantly surprised to learn the ladies are all believers! All were very kind and understanding. Dr Worley helped me pick out an awesome design of hearing aids. Tomorrow I finally get fitted! Yay! The VA is often slow but not bad this time and approved the hearing aids requested! I can’t wait! Not your grandparents big, clunky type, but smaller, more inconspicuous, prettier ones! Almost look like jewelry!
