Jocelyn made me do this ♀️ Kidding this gym has some of the best equipment.
Such a great atmosphere to work out in. We came in during the afternoon and stopped for a protein shake after. Adriana was so kind and helped us. The shakes were really yummy.
Adrianna made me a phenomenal protein shake. I normally get the “Chunky Mokey” and she suggested that I get it with vanilla protein powder and Carmel. I did and it was extremely good. If you see Adrianna, 10/10 have her make you a shake.

I’ve been a member of Empire Athletics for almost two years and it’s been an excellent experience. The gym is always clean, the environment is very friendly, and the staff is welcoming. Joseline is always amazing and provides the best service at the café. Highly recommend!
