Perfect gym for bodybuilders and powerlifters! Love that there’s a dedicated side for each type of lifter, and you can find pretty much every machine you could ever need. Love that it’s 24hrs and the cafe is a plus
I’ve been going here for about a year and a half now and the atompshere is unlike any other gym i’ve been to. Four gyms, plus a cafe, plus a posing room. What else could a girl want?!
Best gym I have ever been to! Not only does it have every machine, but it has multiple gym rooms to establish core strength in every area! Whether inside or outside it offers plentiful space and an abundance of varieties for every skill level. The cafe is outstanding with the best drinks you can have to fulfill your tastebuds! The merch shop and supplements shop is great and always has deals going on! If you’re looking for a gym that stands out in the best way possible than others. Empire Athletics is the top!
I started about 2 months ago here & I would never go back to my previous gym(s). With the amount of space and different gyms within you don’t ever feel trapped or stuck waiting for machines, none of that. I honestly love it here. If you’re thinking of switching, do it! You won’t regret it.
Absolutely love this gym, it’s always clean, the staff is so nice and it has pretty much everything you could possibly want with machines. Highly suggest this place
