I was unable to complete services due to the construction of my home. They were honest and upfront that they could not properly perform the service I requested. They easily could have took my money and half way completed the work as I would have never known. Most companies would have took my money. It was easy to setup the appointment, excellent rates for services. The two gentlemen were so nice, knowledgeable, and most of all honest. I would definitely recommend Empire Air Duct Cleaning services!
