Well ,nothing good to say about this lot, Waited 4 days for them to repair and regas my mother's Aircon, worked for 1 1/2 days. Left 4 messages and still no answer, next step go and front them. I really don't think that invoice will be paid, considering it is going to be around $750 I am led to believe. MINUS 10 STARS Apparently I have to leave a star to post, so don't believe it. Worst service,EVER.

My elderly mother who is a pensioner receive a bill for $132 for a 10 min job of changing batteries in a remote and changing the settings in the remote of the split system AC. $132 for something that took less than 10 min. It is the first time she has had an air conditioner like this so was obviously unsure of what the issue was. I called the service to enquire why the bill was so large.
