My elderly mother who is a pensioner receive a bill for $132 for a 10 min job of changing batteries in a remote and changing the settings in the remote of the split system AC. $132 for something that took less than 10 min. It is the first time she has had an air conditioner like this so was obviously unsure of what the issue was. I called the service to enquire why the bill was so large. If I could do minus stars I would. We had someone come out to diagnose and quote to repair a couple of aircons. We waited weeks for a report and quote and received nothing. We called several times trying to find out what was happening and were always fobbed off with the promise of a return call. We never received that call. After two months of un answered calls we had to go with another company. Now many months later they have sent us a bill stating that they came out there so even though they were unable to quote for repair... read more
