We had an oil leak in our Caterpillar Diesel Motorhome in Beatty on our way North. Turned around and headed for Empire Cat in Henderson. Called them up an hour from the shop and real people answered the phone and were so kind and respectful. They were waiting for us as we pulled in, we were treated like VIP customers They found the problem, fixed it and were very reasonable on their charges. Their parts people aren’t parts people. Unless it’s spelled out on the screen or you supply them with a part number they can’t find anything. Also I called first to see if I could match stuff up but when I got there they wouldn’t do that. Lazy!!!
Case in service was phenomenal, Empires parts department is on point as well. Gave them my serial number and parts are on the way. Thanks again Empire Cat
Incredibly hostile and disrespectful work environment. Upper management engages in bullying and disgusting treatment of their employees. It's ironic that Empire took over this establishment, it'll most likely fall from within. Edit- 2/20/24 After 3 weeks of the run around with phone calls and emails, I finally got my W2. It's sad to say that after over one year from no longer working here, nothing has changed.
