I delivered a counterweight cap this morning and I got to say that this place is very accommodating! I had a 0900 appointment but I noticed that they open at 0600. So I got there right at 0600. The gentleman that greeted me told me that they don't normally take outside truck drivers until 0800 and that it is on my BOL. It was on my BOL I just did not notice it. One of my favorite places to deliver equipment. Great staff.
My company spent over 5 million buying equipment. We have a loader with issues. Replaced the same part twice. I told the mechanic about my concerns. He told me after he finished replacing the part the second time. I should be happy I have a job and due to my comments he decided to pull my stereo fuses. Real professional
