I contracted a job on **** loan from this company back in July 2022. I should have seen the red flags when the initial sub-contractors they hired had to be fired days later. 1 year post- job completion (2023) the siding started to have pieces pop out due to not being properly nailed in. I contacted 2 people from here and both told me the same thing. "Send us photos and we will be right over". I sent constant follow *** and still no one came by. The worst. They do not return calls and sub contract all their jobs. Horrible experience
I had empire come to my house for an estimate on June 15th and I still have not received the quote. I was told I would receive it by a certain date, about a week and its been almost a month. Dont wasnt your time with this company. If they cant respond to your emails, I couldnt image what they would be like to work with!!!
Empire 1 does excellent work. We were very pleased with their professionalism and quality of work. We would use them again.
