History Established in 1982. We started our business in 1982 in Waukesha. We then opened a second location in our current location in Brookfield in 1988. In 1994 we sold our Waukesha location and opened a new locaton in Delafield. In 2014 we closed our Delafield location and presently have only one locaton in Brookfield.

I've been here several times. We have never had a bad experience! Service=great Food=excellent
Avoid like the plague. Fake Chinese food. Any mall grade Chinese food is head and shoulders above this place. Incredibly rude staff, including the manager. A complete waste of your time, your money and your taste buds. If you want fake American Chinese, go down to the mall and eat Chinese there. Much better at half the price. One of the best chinese buffets around – Emperors kitchen runs a great setup the food quality is top of the line however you will only see around 10 choices but that being said I would rather have fewer choices and better food.
Best Chinese Food and Value! – I've been going to Emperors Kitchen in Brookfield for about 10 years now, and I don't think I've ever recalled a bad experience. I usually go there for the buffet, and there's always enough food for everyone. Best Chinese In Town – The Brookfield location has the best chinese around. Been enjoying it for many years. The House Special is excellent. Have dined in with no problems but carryout majority of the time. Food is always ready for carryout within 20 to 25 minutes no matter what time it is. The Delafield location isnt quite as good food wise but it takes an easy second in my opinion.
Fantastic – We love Chinese food and this is my favorite place to go. If its busy, everythign takes a while, but well worth it. Portions are huge and flavor is excellent!
Best Chinese Food in Lake Country – Not to detract from the prior reviewers who had negative experiences at "Emperor's Kitchen" - Delafield, but I have frequented the restaurant multiple times per month, eat-in as well as carry out, and have yet to be treated discourteously or negatively. RUDE STAFF!!! – The bus boy seated us by pointing to a table & said "you can sit there". There was sweet & sour sauce stuck on the table. When our waitress came to our table, she took our drink & appetizer orders. 10 minutes later she brought us our appetizer. 10-15 minutes later we received our beverages.
