I was in York for one night and wanted to workout. The staff were happy to facilitate. The gym has a friendly yet focused atmosphere. People were there to work seriously. Some of the equipment is worn but they have what matters. I liked it a lot.
In York on holiday and contacted the gym regarding a day pass. Quick reply and I was in the next morning to train. Staff very friendly and a great set up in the gym. Will definitely be back next time we are in the city
