This business, from my experience is very unprofessional. I called, no answer. So I texted. 6 hours later I got a response. I asked about a repair. He verified it and said “he can do it.” So I asked when, no response… so next day, I assumed this business was open since it was passed the opening time. I went there. No one was there. I called the number and left numerous texts, no response….. I just went ahead and went somewhere else. Paid a 10 deposit an we were gonna schedule to have my charger port repaired was around the holiday 4th of July they stopped responding. Taking 10 dollars is crazy bad customer service would leave 0 stars if possible. An so now they say im lying an i inquired but never sent any money an showed up yes i couldnt show up because you stopped responding an here proof of u saying u received my deposit. TERRIBLE COMPANY
