We were debating having a fence replaced professionally or doing it ourselves. Reynaldo was very responsive and patient with us, providing a lot of information about options and very competitive prices. When we decided to move forward, they came out right away to see the area and construct the fence shortly afterwards. Most importantly we are thrilled with the results!
Emperor responded quickly to my estimate request to replace my wood gate. They provided an estimate along with several payment options. Provided the date the work would be done. Plus, I didn't have to be home. The gate looks great! They were professional and answered all my questions.
We are extremely pleased with the fence and gates we had installed by Emperor Fence. We have a very peculiarly shaped yard with additional considerations like a retaining wall, stairways, and significant landscaping that gave us heartburn on whether we could trust just any company. With these factors alone, I was extremely pleased with how the team installing our fence was able to adjust to difficulties, but they went beyond. It’s been 3 months since Emperor Fence installed our new fence, and I wanted to wait before writing a review to see how their work holds up over time.
