Amazing customer service, honest, reliable, genuine, and only wants to help their customers. They kept me updated every step, even when I offered them more money they refused. I have never been to a repair shop that put the customers first even over their profit. Thank you so much Victor and Kyle for showing me there are still amazing and caring people out there.
All problems with my car were fixed, can't get a better rate anywhere for the same quality of work!
Our car broke down on the road because of the alternator. Kyle and the rest of the team went out of their way to search for a replacement last minute. They stayed two and a half hours past closing just so we could get back on the road and make it back to SoCal before the end of the day. Without them we would have been stranded in NorCal without a place to stay. Best of all, they were very transparent with their pricing.
