My wife had a great experience at this spa! Robert the facial esthetician left her face glowing and she came back with great tips for keeping her facial skin on point. Lillian was the masseuse and also educated her on muscle groups and pressure points. Excellent service and excellent staff! Thank you for making my anniversary present to her a success!

Yes, it's that good. In the heart of downtown, peace and tranquility reigns surpreme. Don't let the fitness center deter you. I was skeptical, but I can say that Donniese made me a believer. Outstanding Swedish massage. The atmosphere so calming.
The service at the spa was outstanding and massage was excellent - one of the best I've ever had. I was in from out of town and enjoyed a massage along with lunch and cocktails by the pool at the Hyatt. Although the Hyatt pool is small, it's very nice with a nice assortment of chase lounges to soak up the sun and comfortable, shaded seating at tables. Would be nice if Emperia were accessible through the hotel.
