First time guest at Empathy. Elizabeth did an excellent job balancing meticulous work with gentle touch. The environment was calm, quiet and peaceful. It was the best pedicure I’ve ever had! I’ll definitely be back:) Thank you- Nicole
This salon is hard to find. It’s on the second floor of the building-look for the small sign by the outside entrance. It’s a small, intimate salon, and all of the customers except us were repeats. There is one male technician and two men came in for pedicures while I was there. The staff were really friendly, very professional and good at what they do. I got a pedi with Yadi, and my mom a mani/pedi with Elizabeth. Both were great. Extra points for the complimentary water too. I would highly recommend this salon.

Ernesto was polite and professional. My nails have been splitting and cracking so he suggested a structured manicure. It turned out beautiful! No scrapping or damaging my nails or my cuticles in the process just a gorgeous manicure. I definitely recommend them. There salon is a little hard to find inside of a building in downtown Cape Coral but once you find it, your results will be worth it.
