My original experience at Empathy Motors was decent, until things went sideways. I was told to pay via Venmo to prevent a transfer fee, they were wrong ($300)! They refused to replace the battery, even after the car wouldn’t start. I brought the car back twice, it never ran correctly. Finally, I took it to my mechanic, he advised there was no oil in the car nor any other fluids, and a part was on the car that didnt match the vehicle. They have a good sale
I do not recommend this car dealership whatsoever. Make sure you drive the vehicle around for at least a week before posting a review. I was literally sold a lemon that has been having issues one right after the other. They talk a good one just to sell their vehicles, knowing they aren’t worth anything. I paid close to $14,000 CASH for mine and I regret coming here. Out of all the dealerships around this one has to be one of the worst. Save the trip and your money and go elsewhere!
