Empathy I think not.. Never called back.. Where is the Empathy in that.. What a joke.. I do not recommend..
First I want to start by saying that we had already driven all over looking at vans before landing at empathy motors. Wish we would have went there from the beginning, from the time we walked in the door they were ready to help in anyway. Maggie is an absolute treasure, she was so pleasant and helpful while we waited for pasha. She ensured that we were seen. I went to this car dealership, it was my very first time and first time buying a car and it did not disappoint! Pasha was very helpful and understanding, no pressure at all what’s so ever, he explained all the paperwork and functions of the car, answered all my questions, it’s was really a great experience overall, the staff lady inside was really nice and kind too. I really do recommend this dealership, their amazing at what they do!🤩
