With absolutely no warning or even knowing what to expect as my doctor referred me to this practice, I am asked to pay $425, saying I was told this via phone, which I most definitely never was, attending to help with numbness in my hands, so I decided not to go through with the short appointment, $425!! Understanding staff and also one of the best medical center..
Waiting list is it extremely long. They tell you all the information when they book an appt which is still with months to wait. They say they will call 14 days in advance for booking fee of $175. They don’t call until 3 days prior. They make one phone call to you and if you don’t answer they leave a message saying as you haven’t made the payment now when they are calling they will be cancelling the appt. No second call no option for someone working 3 X jobs to have time to answer calls while working or check messages. They j... read more
